The Perpetual Blame Game Continues....

Mistakes we continue to commit....
The fear doesn't tend to reduce....
And yet it's responsibility we omit...
The perpetual blame game continues...

The system is still held up for a crisis...
Pointing fingers, we still induce...
And yet our responsibilities we tend to miss...
The perpetual blame game continues...

We still go on to criticize...
Shedding our thoughts and views...
Of empathy, we do not comprise...
The perpetual blame game continues...

Mishappenings are still overlooked...
The Nuke of ignorance we still cannot diffuse...
On selfish gains we are still hooked....
The perpetual blame game continues...

Flawed voting patterns has only led to a mutiny....
With everyone trying to settle their dues...
Negligence has taken over our sense of scrutiny...
The perpetual blame game continues...

I Still Feel Like A Kid....!!!

Tears still trickle down on being shouted at….
I still rejoice on 14th of November….
Silliest of jokes, still, crack me up…
My eyes still begin to glow at the sight of chocolates
I still fear Darkness and Dogs
I still cannot compromise on the window seat of an airplane
I’m still fascinated by comics
I still hesitate on talking to girls….

I still fear riding on a roller coaster
I still fancy climbing trees….
I still look at two intersecting railway lines in awe...
I still am filled with excitement on the eve of first day of college…
I still fake illness to miss college….
At 18….I still feel like a kid!!!

This time, I want to know who…???

Who, first, made popcorn…
Who said extended fever and cold is called Flu…
Who coined the word “thorn”…
This time, I want to know who…???

Who said Indians aren’t united….
Who is spreading this crap so untrue…
Who said today’s youth aren’t spirited…
This time, I want to know who…???

Who says Indian media is on the right track…
Trying to find out who woos who….
Or desperately trying for a celebrity’s pregnancy code to crack…
This time, I want to know who…???

Who stated the theory of colors
Who said this is green…and that is blue
Who differentiated between gloss and blurs…
This time, I want to know who…???

Who said a bird's mouth is called a beak…
Who termed gum as glue…
Who claimed a nerd as a geek…
This time, I want to know who…???

Who said women are from Venus and men from mars,
Who found and termed the place Honolulu..
Who first made shoes for a horse...
This time, I want to know who????
