Zzzzzzzzzzzz.......

Life in Loyola Academy has sure been a strange strange ride…

How little did I know that something like this would happen in the third semester…

From day 1, we have been protesting against the absence of fans in class rooms and the lame reason behind the absence [They say we’ll fall asleep if there are fans….Huh!! like we won’t sleep now] and laughing like lunatics when we heard things like “Wait for 1 week breeze will come”…..[Yeah….they actually said that]…

So, coming back to the thing that happened….

The day started with Financial accounting…and hence there was BoReDoM, CoNfUsIoN, DiStRaCtIoN and most importantly the urge to SlEeP…

So, 50 long minutes of Financial Accounting and a friend of mine and me were already half asleep…

Then, came Statistics…some consolation because the urge to sleep was temporarily disabled….I don’t know how or why but it was disabled….

Then the 3^rd hour was Cost Accounting….I lost my sleep because I couldn’t afford to take a risk…..

So, another hour gone and I was feeling really sleepy…probably 1 off day when I felt sleepy from the very first hour….I badly needed to crash…

We had our lunch and just found out that the 4^th hour was supposed to be a free hour and we had to go to the LiBrArY…

Perfect!!

We signed at the entrance and walked in like professionals….like we had been living in the LiBrArY all our lives and those books up the shelves belonged to us…

My friend led the way ….pulled a chair right under a FaN…and with his head down on the desk, dozed off…

Quite inspiring….so I followed suit and did that too….

The desk was unusually smooth and never before did a fan above feel so amazing…at least not in Loyola …

I was more than happy to doze off as well …

Surely not knowing what lay ahead of us, we probably went into our world of dreams [hmmm….everyone does, don’t they?]

I suddenly opened my eyes and realized we were still in college….in the LiBrArY…sleeping because it was a free hour…

It felt really nice , so I decided to go back to SlEeP….

3:09…”Bell Hogaya ?” is what my friend asked me, just as he opened his eyes …I woke up as well…and took out my phone from my pocket to check the time…

CRAAAAP….it was 3:10….that meant we had slept the whole of 4^th hour…plus the short interval of 15 minutes and 15 minutes into the 5^th hour….

We hesitantly went back to class [We could have bunked….only if he wouldn’t have left his helmet in the class]….
Mercantile Law was going on….

We had to explain why we had been late to class and more importantly why we were sleeping …But then, we got what we wanted …AtTeNdAnCe…and that too without any Melodrama…so I look at it this way …the 2 of us….got the required AtTeNdAnCe and most importantly….SlEeP!!!!
